The M.Root-Server,
located in Casarano, Italy was deployed in February 2009 and provides
resolution for the whole Inclusive Name Space (INS) and the Public-Root.
The M.Root-Server guarantees the performance and stability of
Internet services in Central Europe. This server will also reduce
DNS response time for a large part of Western Europe.
Prof. Giovanni Torsello, operator of the M.Root-Server
is an IT professional who owns WifiNetCom, a Wireless Internet Service Provider operating in the South of Italy. The main goals of WifiNetCom are:
1) to decrease the digital division
and to increase the
mobility of the internet connections according to the slogan "pay once, browse everywhere". and
2) to deploy low cost internet connections available to everyone throughout Italy. |
